The marketing campaign for State Renaissance Court will begin in January 2006. Applications will not be available before then. We will be updating this site periodically with instructions on how and when to request applications. We have received numerous requests for information regarding the rent and income guidelines for the Low and Middle Income apartments. We hope the information below will answer those questions.
 

Low Income:


There will be a total of 47 Low Income units. Of the 47 units, 8 will be reserved for households with “Very Low Income”. The maximum rent and income guidelines are revised annually by HUD. The following maximum rent and income figures are effective 02/11/05 and are subject to revision (by HUD) prior to the start of our marketing campaign.

Market Rate:


There will be a total of 79 Market Rate units. The rent and income guidelines are subject to market conditions and will be revised prior to the start of the marketing campaign and periodically thereafter. The following minimum rent and income figures are given to be used as a guideline and are subject to change depending on market conditions.
